Chakras and Yoga!
Your chakras are important energy centers inside of you that help run all aspects of your life.
In this class, you’ll be guided through how each chakra relates to your body, your yoga practice, everyday experiences and challenges, as well as your overall sense of inner peace.
After you understand the mechanics of each chakra, you will learn tools and techniques to work with each of these energy centers, to explore how this simple awareness can help you feel more grounded, centered, and energized.
In the last part of the workshop, you will be guided through a yoga sequence that integrates and incorporates everything you have learned.
You don’t need any prior knowledge or a particular belief system — just curiosity and a willingness to explore how your body and inner world work together.
